For Foundries and smelters, the Rotary Furnace has shown itself to be the most modern tool for melting purposes economically in a pollution free environment.

The efficient thermal transfer of heat as the furnace rotates, together with efficient recovery of heat from the waster gases, or oxy - fuel burner system leads to faster melting rates and higher metal temperature if required, in access of 1500 degree centigrade which are so important for the production of various types of metals.

Refining Furnace (kettle) with Mixture/Stirrer unit for Lead / Tin Melting

For successful lead refining correct temperature controls are needed. The Furnace are designed to treat up to 50 tonnes. Charging can be with liquid or ingots. Other metals like Zinc , Copper , Antimony, Bismuth , Tin and Iron maybe present in the metal being treated.
Chemical reagents are mixed to the liquid metal and the refining is added by a vigorous mechanical stirrer. Drosses are removed as soon as they are formed.
